Canada Post Regular Parcel 8 Business days is an estimate by Canada Post as to how long your shipment is likely to take based on where you live. Shipping times may vary as estimate and arrival times are not guaranteed. Method of shipping does not include processing times. Expedited shipping and estimated times of arrival start after our warehouse processes and ships your order within the specified approximate timeframe.

Once all the items are confirmed in stock, orders ship from our warehouse within approximately 3-5 business days, not including weekends and holidays. The standard processing time allows the warehouse to pick, pack and ship your order correctly. We do not ship partial orders unless agreed upon with Gracias Clothing directly and separate paid shipping is required.

Once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, it is out of our control. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping internationally may take up to 14-21 business days depending on the customs processing. Once the package leaves Canada, we are only able to track a package using the same tracking number you'll be issued. Please check with your countries guidelines about tracking and shipping times. We ask our customers to please be patient and give your order sufficient time to arrive. We will do our part and try our best.

You can start the check out process and view the shipping fees before you complete the check out. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please note, the fee is the cost of the postage and not applicable taxes. Please research your countries importing requirements in advance. It may be possible you may have to pay customs, taxes when importing. We unfortunately can not provide assistance with fees since we do not know the importing fees or laws in other countries. We are not responsible and will not reimburse for possible taxes paid upon receipt of your order.
